Below are some direct mail suggestions:

• Your mail piece is from ONE person to ONE person. Never write to a crowd; always imagine one person.
• Creative sells as long as you keep your audience in mind.
• Color produces better response rates than black and white.
• "Fake" handwriting on the letter margins attracts readers.
• "Personal" letters consistently outperform most others.
• Make sure your mail list is up-to-date. If not, have us run it through the NCOALink database to check for updated addresses.
• Make sure there are no duplicate names in your mail list. If you are not sure, have us run a duplicate check on your list.

Colortech's Parties & Events web site is now up and running and ready to take your order!  It is a sister site to Weddings by Colortech.  All of the same great products and services will be provided, but instead of weddings, this site is for all other events.

Looking for something unique to add to your reception? Our personalized placemats would be an eye catching addition to the reception table and a wonderful conversation starter. Colortech can print, finish, and mail your product under one roof! We will work with you to determine a mailing solution best suited to meet your needs.

In addition to the actual mailing, we also provide mail piece design, mailing-list generation and preparation services.  These services include generation of a mailing list based on customer criteria, CASS Certification, and National Change of Address (NCOALink) to ensure the most up-to-date addresses available are used at the time of mailing. 

These services provide our customers current addresses even for the people who have recently moved. They also help prevent re-mailings by correcting the addresses before the initial mailing.  Reducing the number of undeliverable mail pieces lowers costs and allows for a more timely and efficient mailing process.

Our mailing service is a great marketing tool. These mailings generate sales and orders, drive traffic to your store or web site, promote interest in a new service or product, and can build or increase brand recognition. Accurate and up-to-date mail lists also allow for minimum printing and postage costs.

Please note that postage is a separate payment and is not included in our estimates. Postage is determined once we have a mailing list and it has been processed to determine the number of deliverable addresses.
