Battle for Brandt

Published by Alicia Weiler under Colortech Inc.

Brandt Pflueger is a 4 year old boy that has a cancer called neuroblastoma that affects his adrenal gland.  On Tuesday, August 12th, there will be a fund raiser sponsored by the Speedwell Fire Company in conjunction with the North Lebanon Police Department in front of the Lebanon Valley Mall from 10 am -7 pm.  There will be a Kauffman’s Chicken BBQ, bake sale, boot drive, and a hair shave off that day.

Their goal is to raise $50,000 to help with the expenses of his treatment, services, and items for Brandt.

Kathy Schools is taking orders for the Kauffman’s Chicken BBQ tickets. They are $6.00 a ticket and all proceeds go to Brandt Pflueger.  Monetary donations and volunteering for this event and a possible carnival in August are also welcomed.  If anyone is interested, call Kathy for tickets and additional information.

Menu Cards for Wedding Receptions

Reception Menu CardWhether having a served meal or a buffet, a menu listing is a great way to add a decorative touch to the table. Our elegant menu cards are 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" with a picture faded in the background behind the menu listing. Upload up to five pictures to create different versions of the menu card.

Start with the appetizer, and then the soup/salad, main course, and dessert. A note of what beverages are offered and whether there is a host or cash bar may be added before or after the course list. Display each one in a decorative frame if your budget allows and then use the frame as a memorable wedding favor for guests.

Non-Profit Mailings

Non-Profit groups can apply to the U.S. Postal Service for approval to mail at special Non-Profit postage rates. This class of mail is a lower priced Standard Mail rate with the same delivery time-frames. Once the USPS approves the application, we can mail for that organization and the documentation will remain on file for all future mailings.

Below are the forms required by the USPS. Please fill out the appropriate form and fax it to 717-274-0334 attention Alicia Weiler. Once Colortech receives the application, it will be sent to the appropriate post office to be approved.

PS3624 - Application for Non-Profit- Use this form if you have never been approved by a post office for non-profit mailing. The approval process for this form can take up to a month to be approved. (Since this process can take so long, once the application is stamped "Received" at the post office, you may start mailing at the Pre-Sort Standard rate. Once the application is approved, the discount will be retroactive to the application's received date. Colortech must then request a refund for those mailings.)

PS3623 - Application for Non-Profit at an Additional Post Office - Use this form if you have been previously approved by another post office. The approval process for this form will usually take 1-3 business days.
